McDonald’s has over 100,000 employees across the UK. To improve areas of their business for their employees and customers, they asked us to capture insights in a creative way.


Designed to drive engagement, our suggestion scheme app reimagined the user journey for a young workforce, giving them the opportunity to have their say on business decisions.

Through conversational copywriting, welcoming design, and a Tinder-inspired swipe function we created a slick user experience that wasn’t just functional; it was highly engaging. .
