As an Account Manager at ThirtyThree, you’ll work on an established portfolio of clients and a wide range of employment communication projects. That means managing multi-faceted branding, marketing and activation strategies, as well as ensuring the smaller scale stuff runs seamlessly to bring great ideas to life and provide exceptional service to our clients.
It’s a role that’s all about relationships. You’ll liaise daily with your clients, of course. You’ll partner with our in-house film production company, 33RED, for sure. And you’ll most definitely find yourself working alongside our creative, strategic insight, media and social teams. All so you can develop the new concepts, new content and new strategies that help your clients attract and retain the best talent there is.
A bit about you
We’re looking for an Account Manager who’s happiest working on multiple projects and to different deadlines. The type who feels most comfortable when they’re busy and gets proactive when they’re not.
Ideally, you’ll have at least three years’ previous agency experience that proves you’re familiar with the creative process, as well as building project plans and proposals. But, more importantly, you’ll need to be someone who can think on your feet and stay focussed under pressure.
In a nutshell, you’ll need to be an efficient, detail-oriented team player who knows what it takes to make things happen and create great chemistry with your clients and your co-workers.
